As a contributor and editor for Wikipedia, I decided to write a Wikipedia page about the company, purely as a writing exercise. Below is the completed first draft. This page was not solicited by the company and has not yet been updated for publication.
Website Rework
After spotting errors on a FM partner website, accessible to customers and members of specific banks and credit unions, I was asked to do a complete reworking of the site, in terms of look, UX, tone, titles, categories, and body copy. Below is the first draft.

Ebook – Gated Content
A colleague and myself came up with the idea of creating some gated content, which led to my writing an eBook demonstrating why bancassurance is a good choice for banks and credit unions wishing to drive customer/member loyalty, while achieving the non-interest income goal. This is the second draft.
